Does anyone else hate the feeling of green beans “squeaking” in their mouth?

I don't know if this is a sensory thing or dental issue but sometimes I bite into a green bean and it’s all good til it hits my molars and I hear squeaking in my mouth that makes me feel so uncomfortable I can’t chew it Anyone else have this feeling?

My mother used to undercook late season green beans so that squeak thing happened a lot when I was growing up. Very irritating. Put me off beans for years.

@Karusa But I would still rather have that than the really weird dish they make to this day: Boil green beans with potatoes and a stock cube. Mash the whole lot together when cooked. It looks as bad as it sounds and tastes worse
