I cant cooking noodle by self but only buy at store side home. I only can cooking it with spice ingredients. Ok i will share my recipe of spicy noodle. I took the picture when i was at Bogor Regency.
Ingredient of spicy noodle is noodle, pepper, ginger, curcumin, coliander, celery, garlic, onion and red chili. Then blending all spice so we can cooking it on little oil untill brown. Celery only for garnish. Then add noodle...
You can add vegetable or another side dish as you prefer.

Thanks for recipe! I no like spicy, but love veggies and seafood. Your food adventure in Bogor interesting. Got non-spicy veggie-seafood recipe? Share, please. Also, had fried eggs and tinapa for breakfast with coffee.
