In every walk of life, people have different ways to show their wisdom. This is what I shared with one of my online adult students, who claimed that some older people are not wise. He even said that elders would not have wisdom as they grew older into the senility stage. I imparted a phrase: "Wisdom is totally different from our wisdom." Which events in your life do you believe have taught you the most? Are there any elderly folks you know that lack wisdom? Image Credit:: media.swncdn.com

I think wisdom is gained more and more as you get older.

My late husband was a very wise and intelligent man and he taught me how to stand on my own two feet and I continue to do so and also learn something new every day,

Well, young people seem to think elder people have no wisdom. But of course they have been here before.

There is usually not one event in life that teaches you the most. You learn as you go, a little bit every day and you learn from your failures, not your success.
