Cold Hard Monday in Southern Bengal

I have been hearing people grumble all day today. The morning was foggy and the sun was not visible until midday. A piercing cold wind was blowing as well since morning. I guess the temperature must have been around 9 to 11 degree Celsius. I have seen more terrible winter weather in past. The winter weather in South Bengal is quite mild compared to the weather in the north. I can assert the winter weather in and around Kolkata is quite pleasant and bearable.
