At least there is sunshine. I've not felt well for almost a week now. Hubby has not been well, either plus the other stuff that never went away for him. This has made it hard for us when it comes to the question of eat what? Cook? Wash dishes when your head is swimmy? I thought about having Doordash delivery stuff from a grocery store. I just found out that I need a smartphone for it. So forget that. We have food. Maybe later today the temps will almost go above freezing and I will feel not so funky so I can drive then walk store aisles.
Daughter gave me a Dutch oven for a birthday gift. Fine. We are not eating meat at this point. I am trying to figure what to do with the Dutch oven. I made a canned meal last night and included left over brown rice and quinoa- dumped it into the Dutch oven pan. And some chopped carrots. I'm not sure how the food turned out differently from my usual stock pot. Made for a hot supper, though.
Stay warm and snuggled up! There are threats of snow for me tomorrow.

How nice. Those Dutch ovens are nice. Sorry, you are still feeling bad. You should make a big batch of soup with your new Dutch oven and eat on it for the next few days.

A Dutch oven is great for making soups and even marinara sauce for pasta.
