Chronic Struggles with Payoneer: A Frustrating Journey

I've been having persistent issue with Payoneer since last year. I can't log in to my account. No one can help. They have chat, email, and call options, but none works. It seems they no longer have a dedicated Support Team to address user's concerns. I need help, but no one can help. I need to change my cellphone number to a new one since the current is already disabled. All my tickets I submitted in Payoneer were marked solved with no resolution at all. Instagram and Facebook appear to be managed by bots, and whenever I attempt to communicate, I am consistently redirected to Payoneer website. Additionally, the email option on Twitter is disabled.

I'm really sorry you are going through this. I have a pioneer account but I haven't logged in for years. If pioneer had a live chat forum, I think that would help.

None of their support option works. They have chat but it's managed by bots.

@wittynet You are most welcomed. You might just need to create a new Payoneer account if your problem doesn't get solved.

Are you using the app or a laptop? I had an account with them which was for a business I had prior to the rubbish caused by lockdowns. When I wanted to reactivate it this year with a new cell number, I changed accounts on my laptop, they sent an email to my old email address, merged it with a new email address and my new cell number. Took about a week and all is fine now. They were quite on the ball with emails. My old email was a gmail address and some of the mails ended up in that promotions folder, you might want to check if yours is the same. Hope you can get it sorted out, this must be very frustrating.

I am using both. I also created a new account and linked my new cellphone number, but it's been a month now. There's no response after an automated email that they received my application for a new account. I tried to log in to the new account to check if they approved it, but it's blocked.

I never had any account with Payoneer. I had once thought to have one but then I did not..I am sorry that you are going through this. Bots can be annoying. I heard someone else complaining about their customer service on some other platform. Hope you get some help soon and it is resolved.

Good thing I have a PayPal account. It seems no one can resolve this as they also have their call support handled by bot, and it does not support any calls with an account holder who is not actively receiving payment.
