This is very truithful in every cases there should be enough work to gain anything in our life With out any pain a man cannot gain anything The should suffer a certain pain to get a baby A student should work very hard to score very high marks in the exam A buisiness man should work very hard to get certain profit from his buisiness This way no pain no gain is very truithful in any cases or any people in the world For example incase the of a computer there should be input for output
