Do you value what you receive for free?

Many people say that people don't appreciate free things. I had free therapy because some kind therapists offered it. I appreciated it a lot and I had progress. I am aware that those therapists spent time. And time is very precious. I received other things too for free. I appreciated all of them. I know the value of things. Do you appreciate free things? Do you value them? A relative refused to offer me even a therapy session for free. She said that I wouldn't appreciate anything that it's free. Strangers offered their help.

Yes I do. It is hard to get free things nowadays.

Yes, it's very hard. Soon we will have to pay for air too.
