Relationships are not easy. They require a lot of work and dedication from both sides.
But when you stop making efforts, relationships end and probable reason was, it was never two sided. This post comes to my mind, as I was thinking of my 20 years old bestie who is now not in touch with me.
Yes, sometimes I do remember all the good times we had, but honestly I don't miss her.
Someone who ghosted on me, what good that person can ever do for me...

People do grow and change over time. Perhaps you two just drifted apart. Yes, it was wrong of her to ghost you, but perhaps something happened in her life to cause it. There's two sides to every coin. Try not to take it to hard.

@Aansh13 And, that's all you can do. You're entitled to your feelings, as is she. But, keeping an open mind helps you with future relationships as well.
