Broken wheat porridge

Broken wheat porridge has loads of fiber. I soaked it overnight and kept it in the fridge. Cooked with water and then added jaggery and milk, raisins, cashewnuts and ghee with a bit of cardamom powder. Surely all those ingredients made the porridge tasty. I will have it for breakfast.

Jaggery sweetens the porridge. It comes in lumps and is made from sugarcane juice

It is available as such in stores and they call it broken wheat.
