Has Solitude become the way to happiness?

we live in a society that always attach happiness with continuous social interraction and activity but the idea of enjoying your own company is fast becoming the best way to achieve happiness. People are now saying they have avoided so much trouble by spending more time alone than hanging out and socializing.

I have always been very well staying only with my husband. We really do not need to socialize.

@ogbenishyna I like company time by time, we had a guest yesterday, but I like to be alone most of the time.

As a guy who is normally virtually alone, i don't find it very comforting. Being alone can give you some peace but I think it's essential to have social interactions. It gives me a feeling of being off set from other people, which I'm not too fond of. When I'm with people I feel better, I find that nice vibes make for a better time.

I understand your perspective and you are right, one just have to draw a line between solitude and social interractions to avoid issues though.

I enjoy company but don't need it constantly.
