The rains that we got a few days back has lifted the reign of fog we were having.
The days have become warmer.
The night temperatures though would remain in the range 7 to 10 C.
Apart from weather, I had been having some unusual muscle and upper back pain.
I went to the physician for a checkup yesterday and got some blood tests done today.
I hope that it is all fine. Indications are for some probable Vitamin deficiencies but keeping fingers crossed.
Lots of Machine wash clothes today.
Plans for completing a movie and watching the India - England cricket match.
Plus some online time.
How about you all?

Rained again here. Yet it is not as cold as before.
Indications suggest Vitamin D and B12 deficiency.
The match was enjoyable but I could watch it for half an hour only as I had to go out after that !

Anyways, The Physician has prescribed medication and I have started taking that.
Plus he has advised for more physical activity.

At times, long meetings and deadlines can mean more time at the laptop even if we want to go out and walk or exercise.
Yet we need to manage somehow!

The Test results show deficiency of Vitamin D and B12.
Plus one more parameter is slightly off the mark, but need to confirm with the doctor.
