Have you heard of the new Apple Vision Pro? I've seen a couple of videos with people walking on the street while wearing their Apple Vision Pro. I haven't used them but I don't feel it's safe to wear them while walking on the street. I think it can distract you and you might get hurt. I know a lot of people think they are cool to wear but it's silly not to enjoy a walk and being on the screen all the time. Would you like to wear Apple Vision Pro while going on a walk or leaving the house?

Not for me, I want to be able to see where I am going and who or what is in front of me,

Likewise. I think the phone and computer have enough screens. No need to wear one all the time.

I've seen a lot of videos on them. I agree it might be dangerous, even with all the cameras and sensors to wear anything like that while walking. However, those people are likely putting Apple's claims about being able to see around you to the test.

I hope no one gets hurt while trying to look cool. I wish they'd just use it while being at home or while sitting somewhere safe.

@BabeSays Trust me, it's not to look cool. People aren't doing it for clout. No. The Vision Pro is very front-heavy, and there's a battery you need to keep attached at all times. You also have to remember, any video you see online could be easily edited so you see what the creator wants you to see.

@kaylachan Yes I am aware of the battery as I saw a wire going into their pocket. They would know why they wear it on while walking but still, I don't feel it's safe.

I had to go look that up to see what it was (you know how behind I am in technology). It seems to be something that could really get a person in trouble if they aren’t careful. I wouldn’t want one.

I just saw it a couple of days ago now it is all over the internet. It's even on the news. People might say it's not dangerous but as long as there's a screen in front of you all the time it can distract you and be dangerous.

I want to feel the air around my face when I walk, its bad enough to wear glasses. I think some of this new tech is meant for people who will never leave their houses or the city.
