I agree with this too, but how does it work, and why does it work like that? How does this really work, though? If someone treats someone bad, how could that bad come back to them, unless God has set up such a law that brings it about. Is karma such a law, or not? Love given out comes around to you again, as do the effects of non-love, and this is simply because nonlove attracts more non-love to it, and love begets more love. The whole world works by love, and this ensures good deeds are recompensed in a way by the love in them coming back around to greet you again, from another person, or from God loving you too.

Never had expectations of returns. It is in the nature of the bluegum tree to give shade as soon as there is sun, but it is also in the nature of that tree that nothing else will grow around it, allowing it to take all resources. Love is sometimes to just do the opposite of an inherent selfish nature and to give regardless of cost or reward.
