Hey there, everyone. It’s Monday afternoon here in Baltimore, MD, and I’m working on my writing orders at the coffee shop. I’ll be here for a few more hours, and then, I’ll head home to hopefully work on my HubSpot Academy course (since I never got around to it last week). If I have time, I’ll take the lesson before I leave. It’s a short lesson, but my work needs to come first. My physical activity at the gym has increased, and I’m still feeling it, so I think I’ll soak in some Epsom salt later. It’s not as bad as it was before, but I’m still going to soak. It’ll be nice and relaxing. Otherwise, I need to fill out my fitness journal and budget planner, and then, I’m relaxing for the rest of the evening. I may do a few light exercises. I’ll check out the app and see what’s on the agenda for today’s exercises (I took it easy over the weekend - no exercises), and replace anything that may make my soreness work (you can edit the workout routine for each day). In the meantime, I’m getting back to work. I hope you’re all doing well. Stay safe and take care. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.

Glad to hear you're getting active again, trying to do better to lose or maintain weight and so on. Good luck with working.

Thanks! Work has been going well this week. I'm trying to lose weight, and then I'll work to maintain it once I do.

@tammys85 My doctor wants me to lose weight. I lost around 30 pounds since George's hospitalization. However, I'm maintaining and putting weight loss on the back burner. I'm as healthy as I need to be, and George has really made me stronger in every sense of the word.

@kaylachan 30 pounds is great though! You do what you need to do, especially if you're already feeling healthy.

@celticeagle Agreed. I'm going to wind up using the machine again, so it's good to be prepared.

Absolutely. Surprisingly, I didn't need them because the pain went down, but they're ready to go for the next time lol. I hope your week has been going well, and thank you.

Thank you! How've you been? I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to the FB messages. I'm trying to get into a new routine with adding the gym and HubSpot to the mix.
