Photo I took of the book I'm nearly finished with, and neuropsych evaluation

I went to my doctor's appointment earlier than I needed to, took my current book with me. Between waiting at the bus stop, being on the bus and waiting for the right time to check in for my appointment, not to mention waiting for the doctor to come in while I was in the exam room, I'm nearly done with the book I'm reading to review for Online Book Club (and am also counting as a book read for Amazon GoodReads). While I was waiting (and reading) to check in, I fortunately remembered to go to the pharmacy (in the same building) and get the medication waiting for me. I was given the 18-page report from the neuropsychologist that I recently saw, and tomorrow I hope to figure out how to get it to the disability lawyer I've been talking to. Now I'm home, and need to get something for dinner. Hoping that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

Maybe your primary care will quit pushing for that rehabilitation and accept straight up disability as what you need.

@xstitcher Oh, your main doctor, the primary care physician. The one you see most often.

@AmbiePam She wasn't pushing for the rehabilitation (getting a job) as much as my brother--but I think that he'll be happy if I have money coming in either way.

It seems you planned well and could get a number of things done, and enjoy a book. Win, win.

It's always good to take something along to help pass the time. Glad you were able to go to the doctors and pharmacy.

I always go to my appts a few mins early (30 mins) so that way I can get in early & get on with my day. I sometimes take my tablet or a book to read to kill the extra time, but most the time I don't get much time in waiting cause they aren't that busy.
