Put on Hold: Need your Prayer

February 7, 2024 6:30am CST
When I first joined the workforce in 2018, I was so proud of myself. My hubby, not so much. The 2-years lockdowns were a mystery too. I qualified with a stunning degree: Diploma of Housewifery, Mother, PhD in Homeschool Mom since 1986. As Kitchen Assistant and Dishwasher at my first paid job, I gained the expertise and mastery at what I did. Not much brain-work which, I loved doing super fast and swinging-it-easy. Zoom here, zoom there! So far, no brakeage, no cutting my fingers off using the Chef's knife. At home, my daughters always told me to stay away from knives even though they were mostly blunt. Well, accidents happen in your own kitchen. Would you consider yourself a physically active person? Sometimes pushing yourself to the limit to the point of making your body be 'put on hold' because of some injury on your back or leg, or arm? And you realize that complete bed rest and painless exercises, and much crying... (which everyday you wished you're back to work) is just the way to heal and get back to normal with valuable lessons learned? Do you want to become more than what you can be and do? Why or why not? Thanks.

I hope that wound heals. No, I cannot possibly push myself anymore. I have been pushed to my limit in all things.

You've been through so much difficulties, hardships and sufferings, and alone, Ocean. You're a survivor and a warrior, my friend. I wish I could be there for you whenever we need a friend... whener we feel alone. ..
