New to MyLot

Not sure what MyLot is all about yet. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I have made a couple of discussions, but still not sure what else I can do. Everyone I have met so far has been very nice and helpful. Wondering how I can follow people I meet. Would like to meet people and maybe learn from them.
I have been retired since 2018. Drove a taxi for 22 years in a Spring Break town in FL.. Thought about writing a book of Taxi Tales.
Just got through surgery in September for Breast Cancer. They caught it early and got all the cancer. Was supposed to get radiation treatments, but have Vertigo and can not lay on my back. So until the Vertigo is gone, I can't do Radiation or even take a CT scan. LOL
I love to play video games on FB, and do jigsaw puzzles on line.
So, that's all I can think of...just need to know how to follow people, and get them to follow me. Thank You for any Help you can give me.

Hello and a warm welcome to this wonderful community. I am sure that you will enjoy your stay here. I am here for years and do enjoy it. It's a great place to learn and share. You can write about anything under the sun unless it doesn't violate the rules and guidelines. You can read them before getting started.
As far as the earnings are considered, you are not paid for your action but rather for the reactions that you get. So, for example you make a post, you will not earn for that. Rather you would earn for the responses and reactions that you get on the post. So, this reply of mine would make you earn and not me

Hello and welcome. The best advice I can give you is to interact with other myLotters by reading, liking, and commenting on their discussions. This way you will get to know them and learn the wide variety of what type of posts appear here.

Welcome to myLot. I am sure being a taxi driver for 22 years in s Spring Break town you have many takes to tell. Glad they were about to get the cancer early and get it all.

to have answered your request so I will. to follow others
all you do is hit their (bold) name & it will pop up where
you will see everything, their discussions, activity, as well
as block follow & message hit the follow & that's it.
