Okay, it wasn't supposed to be a stressed out evening....

Well, it wasn't totally stressed out, but it was odd. I did my usual Saturday thing with my good friend Tim. We went to the Farmers Market, then did a couple of stops before the grocery store. I picked up a few things there, my bottled water, ice cream bars, TV dinners, and cat food. We then went to my apartment and brought my groceries up to the apartment. My gentleman friend wanted to empty the flour into a bag he had in his truck. I said a firm "NO" because the bag wasn't quite as clean as I would have liked. He pitched a snit because I was telling him what to do and he wanted to get home. Then while I was getting a zip lock bag he did some thinking and realized that I was doing it because I am very fond of him and am concerned about his health. He really really apologized for throwing the snit, and I told him it wasn't necessary-that I totally understood, but he's the closest thing I have to family and I worry about his health. We parted on really great terms. Anyhow, I was doing some work on the computer and I had a fuzzy secretary decide to help. She's about 12 inches tall and has brown legs and tail and face and ears. She decided to lay down on the keyboard and have a nap. She spent an hour napping so that anything I decided that I was going to try to achieve was postponed. Then she started to snore...that cured any thoughts of my moving her off the keyboard, having the cat snore melts any sternness I might have because I remember Jonesy and how she would snore. It tickles me that Freya would curl up on the computer and snore for me!!! One thing I did was look up the sneakers that Trump is selling. I have to say that, in my opinion, they are tacky, ugly, and tasteless. He stated that he is aiming them towards the African American Athlete. He has sold 1000 of the shoes, and he signed 10 of them that were sold. According to Newsweek they are sold out and some are on the secondary market (Ebay) and are hitting the $1,000 to $100,000 mark. I wouldn't claim that I cleared to have them made!!!! Anyway, I am working on designing and making miniature Easter bunnies. I couldn't do anything with that either with a Siamese cat sleeping on my computer. Now that she has hopped down and I have the keyboard freed up and I can do my posting and get the computer work done, I might get the pattern finished so I can cut out the bunnies tomorrow. Monday is kind of a taken up day, the repair man for the complex is supposed to come and replace the blinds in the apartment. I'm getting all new blinds!!! (HOOORRRRAAAAYYYYY!!!!) I only asked for 3 new ones and the complex manager decided to go ahead and do all of them. I have a total of 6, so I guess that they decided to go the easy route and do them all. I just need advanced warning so I can lock up the spoiled brats so they don't get out and the repair man doesn't need to worry about the door being open. It's almost off to bed time. I'm going to have my dessert and call it a night. I'm worn out and plan to do a lot of work tomorrow. I want to get bunnies and bears cut out. The bunnies have to be hand sewn since they will be from two and a half inches tall to four inches tall. The bears will be taller and can be sewn on the sewing machine. I scheduled a craft show, so I want to have critters finished and packaged up and ready to go to sell. So, on that note, I am going to call it a night. I just checked, and according to "Newsweek" Trump's golden high-top sneakers "Never Surrender" have sold out. They didn't exactly sell out to "Sneaker Heads". I didn't read through the article to see how many there were that sold out, but there are a LOT of people in the world that love tacky, tasteless stuff that is over priced. With that bit of information imparted, I am going to call it a night and wish my fellow myLotters a good night. Please realize that I am not trying to be political when I update about the sneakers, or my criticizing the appearance of the golden high-tops with red, white and blue accents and more. I just thought that a man that was a billionaire, he could have designed something a bit more tasteful.

I sure will share pictures of the little bunnies and bears. I will have a ton of fun making them too. They should help me chill out too. Have a great night, a wonderful sleep, and a super Sunday. I'll catch up with all of you tomorrow (Sunday) while I also connect with my reruns of "The Lone Ranger". Good Night, and sleep well.

Sounds like your cat missed you. Nice that you'll have new blinds soon. The tacky Trump high tops have quite a story. I found that the address of the place where they are supposedly being manufactured is actually an older run-down house in Wyoming. Certain laws he can avoid there I guess. The fine print on the receipt for the shoes that they won't be made until late summer and there is no recourse a buyer can take if they don't receive them. What a scam!

I don't think 'tasteful' is in Trump's vocabulary.

Being they are trying to take everything he has out from under him that's just for greediness it's not right I'm getting a Trump flag with (take America back logo) when I get it I'm putting it in my front yard for all to see. I don't have very many neighbors & their for trump so I won't have to worry about any backlash from it now that I don't have any big trees to mess it up I will be doing more in my yard with "yard toys"
