A successful tycoon in business spends about $2 million annually. He is none other than Bryan Johnson. A former owner of Braintree sold it to PayPal. He claimed that his biological age is 5 years younger, according to his health team, by doing the following routines daily: 1. Waking up at 4:30 AM and sleeping at 8:30 PM. 2. Vegetable consumption per meal every day with nuts and berries, and finish them up at 11:00 AM. 3. Taking over a hundred supplements. 4. Doing exercises an hour daily and high-intensity exercises three times a week. 5. Never drink alcoholic beverages; eat pizza and cookies. Moreover, he also believes that humans should not die. Some critics are questioning his ways of reversing the aging process. Do you believe that aging can be stopped? Do you concur with Johnson that there is no need for human death? No, I don't believe that aging can be stopped. But after reading your story, this makes me curious. I'm just bothered by the hundreds of supplements, I'm thinking how's his kidney going on?

This is what I am also thinking. Even his liver is filtering these supplements. According to him, his medical experts claim that he is healthy as a fiddle.

I actually heard the interview that he did with Trevor Noah on Trevor's podcast ' What Now?' And I completely disagree, and it's not that he believes humans should not die, rather more so he believes we should be living healthier and enjoying all the time we have here on earth. Because even as he says on the podcast, anything can happen to us, we get hit by a bus or in a carcrash etc. There are things in life that we have no control over. I can understand making sure that we are eating well and taking care of ourselves , but I think in doing that we should not get so caught up that we miss the small things in life that bring joy by putting all of our focus on the future, or what could and should be.

The flow of his mind is really not right for some. I also think that he is not thinking about what he is saying in public. Perhaps overthinking makes him like this. I find it weird to claim that humans should not die. As if he is like God.

If we could live forever we better slow down births.

I agree. I guess it does not make sense for him to believe in this matter.

NO, I do not believe that aging can be stopped and not eating pizza is the most stupid thing I have ever heard. Italians who eat pizza are the nation with the higher average life span in the world.

Indeed. I find it weird to have this kind of lifestyle. Even if people say something about this, he does not care. In my view, it is a typical quality of some people who do not know what to do with their money.

@Shavkat - How you live your life matters. No garbage food, exercise are important, but also the quality of the air we breath is important.
