I try to avoid sweet dishes

March 1, 2024 4:31am CST
Generally people have liking towards either sweet or sour or bitter food. I have seen my father having sugar for 16 years. He died at the age of 71 years. From that time I try to avoid any sweet food in my menu. I eat fruits and vegetables which are fine and fish dishes add a lot of minerals.

I also avoid sweet dishes but I eat cake and ice cream once in a while. I'm sorry you lost your father. It's nice that you make an effort to eat healthy. Happy new month.

That's a very healthy diet you have. Most people eat way too much sugar.

We grew up with adverts on TV that refined sugar is life and you need refined sugar to live. That was not good advice. Now we avoid it completely.
