Well, February's "love month" is over, but I'm still feeling the love. So, I'll continue this series because everyone loves a good love story, right? Sometimes were unsure how the other person feels about our expression of love. And that can raise questions and uncertainty, something today's love-titled songs have in common. Hopefully, you'll have a "crush on" some of these tunes... Comments, musings, your own favorite "love titled" songs and trivia always welcome... ***WHERE IS THE LOVE- ROBERTA FLACK & DONNIE HATHAWAY (1972) -A popular tune sung by this duo which reached #5 on the charts. Flack and Hathaway were friends and recorded an entire album of songs together. In this song the girl leaves her boyfriend and tells the new guy she loves him. Eventually she returns to her previous boyfriend leaving the jilted guy to ask, "Where is the Love?" *Do you remember this Oldie but Goodie? Or perhaps Roberta's solo effort with her song "Killing Me Softly" which hit #1. TRIVIA CHALLENGE ***Now for our trivia music challenge for those who like to play along. Words in "quote marks" provide valuable clues! See if you can guess the song, artist or facts below... 1. In this song the guy is asking this "pretty baby" of a girl to think about "who really cares" for her. The group's songwriter was asked if he was influenced by the TV show starring Telly Savalas, who would always say, "Who Loves Ya, Baby." He said no. This "Foursome" was extremely popular in the "60's" with their retro sound and a "lead singer with a falsetto voice." This 1975 song hit #3 on the charts and revived the "high pitched" singer's career, and his next tune, "December 1963 (Oh What a Night)" did even better reaching #1. -Can you tell me what this group of 4 singers called themselves? And the name of their love-titled song? 2. "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You," was a song recorded by Van Morrison in 1989. But he is not the artist answer for this trivia quiz. Another cover version was recorded in 1991 by this singer after an appearance on MTVs unplugged. You might remember this artist from his disco song "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy," but I liked his earlier music especially the tune "Maggie May." If "Every Picture Tells a Story," this singer with the "sandpaper voice" had many a hit including "Reason to Believe, Tonight's the Night, and Stay with Me." -Can you name this English born singer? Ok, let's make sure "love conquers all" of these trivia songs and artists for you. If you're stuck and need additional hints just let me know in your response. I'll be glad to supply one. Or, as the vocal group The Four Tops would say, "Reach Out and I'll Be There." Thanks for reading and responding to my music post!!! I will return with a new edition in the near future. Hope you can wait till then, lol. Stay tuned... Source- Wikipedia & songfacts.com

The English born singer in question two is Rod Stewart. In answer to your first question I believe it is The Four Tops.

1. Hey, it’s Vivaldi and the one piece of classical music I know, the Four Seasons! An interesting time in ‘75-‘76: the Four Seasons had “Who Loves You” without Frankie Valli on vocals as a hit, while Frankie had “My Eyes Adored You” as a hit without the Four Seasons! 2. Sir Roderick David Stewart! And hey, that’s not the Scotty Wiseman song!

@dgobucks226 — Phil Collins was a singing drummer, too. “I am losing all my hair tonight on no, oh no…”

When you're listening to classical music, it must be Vivaldi. I can't believe a drummer sang on that song. What would Don Henley think of that? Ha, ha another singing drummer, it's Ringo! What would Don Henley think of that, yikes... Quick please, after hearing that I need to hear an Eagles song... Great comments

We saw Roberta Flack perform at a concert in a vineyard once. She was good but nearing the end of her career at that stage.

I'm sorry, but I can't resist...(of course it doesn't hurt that I took pain meds for tonight...). Do you remember the song "Everybody (Or everyone) loves a nut"? I swore that song was written about me.

No don't know that one. But know another nutty song by a singer called Nilsson who some say was a little nuts. "Put the Lime in the Coconut." Thanks for that witty comment
