Pain in the foot that comes and goes

March 4, 2024 6:12am CST
I have experience this pain in the feet that comes and goes and when it returns it finds a new position and I had to take pain relievers to get rid of it. I suspect a number of things, Bursistis, strain or sprain in the tissues and sometimes I suspect wearing the wrong shoes.

@ogbenishyna Apparently with ginger and hot or warm water for 30 minutes, it expels the toxins..helping the pain.

Sounds like gout possibly. Have your doctor check your uric acid levels.

@ogbenishyna Milk and dairy cleans uric acid from your body. It works great for me.
