What I Ate Today - 3/6/24

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Did you have something good to eat? Once again I am here to share how I did with food today. Not a whole lot to share otherwise, was busy with laundry most of the day. Weigh in - Starting (3/4/24) - 216.4 Today - 211.0 Blood sugar - Fasting -124 What did I eat? Meal 1- Arby's double beef n cheddar (no bun, no red sauce) - 3 carbs 1TBSP ketchup - 5 carbs Meal 2 - 3.5 oz salmon, 1 oz cheese, 1 TBSP ranch - 2 carbs Meal 3 - Eye of round steak - 2.5 oz with Worcestershire sauce cooked in butter (est. 1 TBSP) 1 oz cheese cubes - 3 carbs Macros for the day - Calories - 930 Protein - 76 Fat - 63 Carbs - 13 Fiber - 0 The calories were lower than I'd like, I would like to keep them around 1,200. I just wasn't very hungry today, especially around meal 3 so I could only eat a little bit of steak. What do you think of the day of eating? Image via Pixabay

I made up a batch of scrambled eggs. I will take a piece of that salmon if you have any left. lol

@MommyOfEli2013 Technically they are going to be mostly mixed when you eat them fried or hard boiled. lol So, you won't even eat an omelet?

@porwest The whites and yolks are always separate when I eat them that way lol. If you mean after I eat them then of course haha! I guess the only time I like them "mixed" is when I have deviled eggs. No way on the omelet, gross lol! It's funny because on my diet I should be eating a lot of eggs - almost zero carbs and good protein.

Scrambled eggs? Eww lol! I don't mind them fried or hard boiled, but don't like when the whites and yolk are mixed. Weird I know. I have plenty of frozen salmon lol
