Water rescue volunteers went to Thorpe Park in the Cleethorpes Beach in England where they thought they would find a dog stuck in a ditch. To the amazement of the officials of the Cleethorpes Wildlife Rescue they were happy to find out on Saturday that the dog stuck in the ditch was actually a statue. The officials of the Cleethorpes Wildlife Rescue answered several emergency calls from concerned citizens about the muddy dog stuck in the ditch. A member of the group had rescued the statue from the ditch earlier. No harm had come to anyone who dug up the statue of the dog from the ditch. Link is upi.com/8011709590353 via upi

Those callers were barking up the wrong tree. Although it does look like it could be a real dog.

I wonder who put the statue in the ditch. Maybe they were hidden and were videoing the rescue.

Maybe some idiot chucked it in there for amusement, but they have wasted the time and effort of these rescue volunteers, who always have to respond to such calls for help.

Same with me since seeing a corpse of a dog or human scares me.
