What's for dinner? March 7

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I had pork rib ends (I don't know but they are boneless) thawed in the fridge so coated them in a mixture of EVOO, herbes de Provence, kosher salt, and ground black pepper and put them in a 300 degree F temperature oven to cook slowly to ensure that the meat gets tender. I've done this once before and after like 2 hours the meat was very tender. To go with it I will make jasmine rice in the Instant Pot and roasted broccoli with lemon zest. It all sounds good to me. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Share with us!
