Do you eat sweets every day?

This is a cake my mom brought from the restaurant. She went out with my father. Now he started to have a bad behavior. They have a toxic relationship. I have depression and this made me eat sweets every day. I was terrified to find out that sugar can increase the risk of endometrial cancer. And I already have symptoms of endometrial cancer. I will do a biopsy soon. Is it so wrong to eat sweets every day? I am not eating a lot of sugar, but eating it every day is not healthy at all. I ate them every day for a long time.

Sugar can lead to a lot of health problems of all different kinds, but it shouldn’t be a big deal if you eat a small amount every day. A lot of people are really addicted to sugar. It’s not one of my weaknesses, but it sure was one of my late mother’s weaknesses.

I hope you don't have endometrial cancer. It's a bad disease. I also didn't know sweets could cause it. I don't eat sweets everyday.

I try not to eat sugar every day..sugar is so tempting though and that cake is beautiful. Oh they had to leave because your Dad behaved badly sorry about it. I have read that 6 teaspoons of sugar per day is fine..but I cannot eat that much.

No I don't. I am not a sweet eater. I am sorry your mom and dad have a toxic relationship and you suffer because of it. Some people just should not be together.

I do take soft drinks or juice everyday but things like chocolate and other sweets I take them once or twice a week because too much of it affect my teeth.

No not everyday. I used to. My sister used to get pastries and ice creams sometimes. I too, ordered for waffles with almonds and maple syrup. Now I dread sweets. The temptation still lingers.
