There are so many changes of my load schedule

My previous toxic boss loaded me with subjects with abnormal schedules . For Monday my face to face class starts from 7:30-9:00, then my classroom is very far at 4th floor of building 9,and then my next class online from 9:00-10:30. I am always tense because my room is far and I have to hold class in the faculty office of the LRC building then I have to walk fast. I feel like crying and ranting to give up. It's employee abuse. The next face to face class from 12:00-1:30 the same building 9 and at 1:30 -4:30 online. I have to run back to the faculty office my laptop is there. It's too hard I can't almost breath and it's so hot. How nice to shout my anger because of my schedules. It's the same everyday. I lost 2 pounds in a week and can't sleep well due to stress. My only vacant is Sunday, gosh. I hate my previous toxic boss. My new chairman promised me to give a normal schedule. She understood my feelings. Thank you guys for reading. I miss you all.
