This year me and my boyfriend will be having Easter at home by ourself since he is having knee surgery Tuesday he will not be able to drive for a couple weeks . My mom called me this morning and she told me to get some potatoes and cheese and and other goodies she is going to make us scalloped potatoes and some pistachio salad and bring it to us the night before.
