At times, we watch a place that offers a nice break from the everyday hustle and bustle, stress and monotony of life. In this video, the host takes us to such places. Normally, we associate Rajasthan with places that are very Arid or semi Arid. Yet the places shown in this video are quite lush green. Here is the video link:

I have studied in Pilani, and we had lawns there. LOL Peacocks. Trees. Java Plum (jamun). Back then, roads were wide, I do not know how it is now. I hope it is not crowded. Someday, I hope to travel there, just for old time's sake. :) There is a part of the video that reminded me of Westlife's Coast to coast...(my love). The plateau. I still dig Munnar. LOL. In so far as greenery is concerned, nothing beats that.

@vandana7 I only knew of Udaipur and parts of Jaipur having this much greenery in Rajasthan. Quite a surprise for me. How many years did you study in Pilani?

@vandana7 Lots of memories for those times. So I suppose you shifted to Hyderabad after 5th class?

@vandana7 That makes for a lot of places... North West, West and South India. And perhaps a lot of life lessons.

Are they green all year 'round? Here in California, it is lush in January through maybe April. Then everything turns brown.

@TheHorse This video was during the last year's monsoons. That is sometime around July to September time. At other times, the places shown might not be that green.

@TheHorse I have not exactly seen but from the Information I have, these places have much lesser water during non rainy season.

That was a cute 'conveyance' that the guy had. I haven't seen one exactly like that before.

@JudyEv I think if you are talking about that small Mobile Transporter, I remember this youtuber telling in another video that he purchased it from another country at a good price.
