Nothing like chocolate flavor. It was a lie! / myLot

I bought this yoghurt in the neighboring town where our job induction was held. It attracted me because of the chocolate flavor. But the taste had no chocolate flavor in it. It tasted a little blunt and plain. I didn't enjoy drinking it. Maybe the factory ran out of chocolate. Have you ever encountered a similar situation?

There was likely no real chocolate in it, real or artifical. Sounds like marketing hype to sell the product. With food based products, they can't be returned once opened so all you can do is complain on social media about it.

I only complained on mylot after one week of drinking it. But I will not buy that brand again. I finished drinking it but I didn't enjoy drinking it. I only took it because it was edible.

I'm glad it has not happened to you. I think I will stick to buying my favorite yoghurt brands to not experience this again. Although I like trying out flavors I've never taken.
