The Couple Came to Pick up the 5th Wheel

This is such a relief, knowing that our 5th Wheel finally belongs to someone else! The couple was happy, they got a very good deal. One thing wasn't operating properly, so Jay gave them money off the price, to get it fixed. We didn't realize that something wasn't working.
Also, Jay forgot to bring the title! So, he had to run back home to get it. He was anxious to make sure all bases were covered, to complete the sale. Thus, he forgot the most important item!
They paid with a cashier's check, no different than paying with cash. Anyway, the deal has been finalized, I'm so glad to get this taken care of. Jay was anxious, I could tell.
Now, my husband is heading to the insurance company, to cancel our insurance on the 5th wheel. Owning this was a big headache, but it's over now:)
Tonight, I am planning to warm up some pizza for supper. It's from the order we put in on Friday evening. My portion has ham and purple onions. Jay's portion is covered with chunks of barbecued chicken:) I'm making myself hungry! lol

The 5th wheel was far too expensive to haul around. Filling those gas tanks and gas in the truck, very costly!

Oh boy, does your pizza sound good! I’m sure it was a load off when that sale was over and done with!
I remember when I was twenty, I lived in a 5th wheel for a year. I was happy while I was there, but happy to move back to a house when the year was over.

We moved into the 5th wheel last summer, in August. In November 2023, we moved into a rental unit.
