Tea box gift from China

Vietnam
March 26, 2024 1:55am CST
A Chinese customer gave my husband a box of red tea. It is domestic tea. The tea is very fragrant. I especially like its fragrance. Mild acrid taste. I still use it to make milk tea for my children. I don't know what kind of tea it is. Because I don't know Chinese. Do you know this type of tea? Is it popular? And is it expensive? :)

@grenery8 So there's another person who likes tea like me :) I really like drinking tea and coffee. However, I drink more coffee. I only drink tea occasionally. Because I can only drink tea or coffee in the morning. Drinking it at noon and in the evening will cause me to lose sleep.

The box looks so exquisite. If it's black tea, it's so suitable to make milk tea. I don't know much about Chinese tea but this tea looks expensive.

On the package should be the description and ingredients of the tea. Some tea are best taken plain without milk or sugar.

Usually it is. But they are all written in Chinese. I can only read English. I think you're talking about green tea? Green tea tastes great without adding sugar or milk.

This is black tea. In HK, we use black tea to make milk tea with evaporated milk. It's a very popular drink here.

This is black tea and it is from my province. Actually last summer we had a travel there. The tea is famous there and it is suitable to make the milk tea. It has different levels and of course the top one is expensive.

At first I thought they were drunk in the usual way like green tea (which is very popular here). But then we felt it wasn't quite right. At this time, I discovered that using this tea to make milk tea is very suitable.
