Chad's Surgery was this Morning

I spoke with our daughter-in-law Kristine, at about 10:00A today. She said that Chad was in surgery, at that time.
About an hour later she sent me a text message, that Chad was out of surgery and everything went well. I was so relieved!
An hour ago, I text her again to see if my son is at home and Kristine said yes, he's sleeping:)
Now, comes the healing process, I'm very glad it's all over with:)
We might go to visit them, but not today, of course.

@kobesbuddy before part is the hardest. second part, when you know he is awake, it is priceless and in holiday spirit.i hope healing process won't be too long

@TheHorse I spoke with Chad yesterday(April 1st), he's almost ready to go back to work:) They cut his wrists, not his palms.

He will be wearing bandages for a week or so. The healing process will be the hardest part.

Last Tuesday, Chad was scheduled for carpal tunnel surgery on his hand. He had it postponed until the following Tuesday(25th), for some reason:)

The actual surgery wasn't a big deal. The process of healing, will take quite a while.

With Chad's job, his hands are major tools. He won't be able to do certain things, for a while.
