Food is in the oven

I am making an egg bake. We put ham, and peppers, onions and spinach in it. I mixed up some milk and eggs, seasoned the whole thing and poured it over the meat and veggies. Then I spread about a cup of cheese. This kind of cheese is called Queso Quesadilla at our stores. Popped it into the oven to cook. We will serve salsa and sour cream along with it. I wish I had guacamole. It smells divine.
