The fig tree

This is the fig tree right in front of my house. We often use fruits and leaves as vegetables. But I never noticed that their fruits could be so numerous and so beautiful :) Fig fruits and leaves are also quite delicious and very good for the stomach.

Their taste is quite acrid! I don't like them very much. But sometimes I eat it with boiled meat and it's quite delicious.

@LadyDuck Maybe so. The figs here all have an astringent taste. Well, some of them are sweeter when ripe.

This is the first time I have seen such a large fig tree with so many fruits. Most fig trees are grown in pots for ornamental purposes only.
