emotions experts says giving someone a hug for 10 seconds can make you happier

I would have agreed with this belief if giving a familiar person a hug for 10 seconds will make me happier but emotional experts believe that giving a stranger a hug for 10 seconds work best. Yes, they say it will make you feel better when you trust a stranger and hug them for at least 10 seconds. Do you agree with this?

At one time, for me, this might have been true and that was only a might.
I do not find comfort in hugs..it does nothing to change a very bad situation.
Sad but for me this is true.

Yes ofcos that courage u experience at that moment triggers enough adrenaline which over comes fear and in return calmness is a reward

I prefer to hug people that I know well
