Seriously. Trump is endorsing singer Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA" Bible. Why? Because his MAGA cult actually believes him when he says that he prays, reads the Bible, and that Easter is a very special day for him. (guarantee he doesn't know the actual meaning of Easter) He says what they want to hear and they are stupid enough to believe him. This is a guy who held the Bible upside down in a lame photo op several years ago. This is a guy who said his favorite Bible verse is "2 Corinthians". This is a guy who doesn't go to church. This is a guy who just yesterday compared himself to Jesus Christ. Trump posted a brief video on his social media site along with the message: Happy Holy Week! Let's Make America Pray Again. As we lead into Good Friday and Easter, I encourage you to get a copy of the God Bless the USA Bible." The apparently poorly-made product costs $60. Many true Christians who are not in the MAGA cult are outraged by this latest Trump grift. Sure it says that he personally is not selling the Bibles but he is receiving royalties for his endorsement. . . so he is profiting off of it. The pathetic thing is that the same supporters who ordered the hideous gold sneakers will be happy to buy this Bible. Fools.
