The two lamb legs

Here are the two lamb legs my daughter was given. As you can see (if you enlarge the image), they were free-range and grass-fed lambs. I won't eat veal because they box them up and only feed them milk and dose them up with antibiotics because they're getting an unbalanced diet which makes them prone to disease. But, for whatever reason, I don't feel unkind eating lamb. Anyway, this is how they were given and the one fit perfectly in the freezer. We have another one in a friend's freezer, but that one's about 2-3 times bigger than one of these.
