Do You Play Mahjong? Do You Play it as Solitaire or in a Group?

Mahjong! A game I first played back when I still had a Win 3.1 computer and used a floppy disc to play. That version had 4 different types of tiles. One was the original characters. but the others were birds, national flags, another one I can't remember right now. That game is unplayable now due to upgrades in computer tech. But I have a couple of discs that I can play that has quite a few different ways to play. This is making me want to get them installed again as it has been awhile. There are also lots of options to play online.
Now there is another way to play and that is with other players and real tiles. But I have never played that game and have no idea how. It would be fun to learn, but I don't know anyone in my area that plays that way.
Have you ever played either style of Mahjong?

I have tried to play Mahjong on the Publishers Clearing House site but I found out to be too hard for me to play.

I have played Mahjong online and enjoy it, I play with the comp Backgammon, Yahtzee, and Hearts, I like those games,

Mahjong is a popular game here. I play it once in a while with three other people.

when i had windows 2000or something is when i discovered them. in recent years i played them on my phone but i got tired of it. if i could bring back my first mahjong, i would play ot again

Yes, I do play it occasionally. I haven't encountered any probs up to now. I play it alone, not with others.

I have a disc that has nothing but Mahjong on it. I haven't played it in quite a while. Have a Happy Easter.
