Yesterday evening I had pulled pork with BBQ sauce and cheese, on a spinach wrap. It's quite weird that I like pork but am not a fan of bacon, despite them coming from the same animal. I should have gotten a photo shot, maybe next time. It's a dish I'd definitely suggest people try, if they haven't yet.
