Day 75 – Lamp Exodus 27:1 “You will make an altar of acacia wood, seven feet six inches long and wide—the altar will be square—and its height will be four feet six inches. 2 You will make its horns on its four corners; its horns will be of one piece with it. You will overlay it with bronze. 3 Also, you will make its pans to receive its ashes, and its shovels and its basins and its forks and its firepans; you will make all its utensils of bronze. 4 You will make a grate for it, a network of bronze; and on the network you will make four bronze rings at its four corners. 5 You will put it under the rim of the altar beneath, that the network may be midway up the altar. 6 You will make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with bronze. 7 The poles will be put in the rings, and the poles will be on the two sides of the altar to bear it. 8 You will make it hollow with boards; as it was shown you on the mountain, so will they make it. 9 “You will also make the court of the tabernacle. For the south side there will be hangings for the court made of fine woven linen, one hundred fifty long for one side. 10 Its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets will be bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their bands will be silver. 11 Likewise along the length of the north side there will be hangings one hundred fifty feet long, with its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of bronze, and the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver. 12 Along the width of the court on the west side will be hangings of seventy-five feet, with their ten pillars and their ten sockets. 13 The width of the court on the east side will be seventy-five feet. 14 The hangings on one side of the gate will be twenty-two feet six inches, with their three pillars and their three sockets. 15 The other side will be hangings of twenty-two feet six inches, with their three pillars and their three sockets. 16 For the gate of the court there will be a screen thirty feet long, woven of blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen, made by a weaver. It will have four pillars and four sockets. 17 All the pillars around the court will have bands of silver; their hooks will be of silver and their sockets of bronze. 18 The length of the court will be one hundred fifty feet, the width seventy-five feet throughout, and the height seven feet six inches, made of fine woven linen, and its sockets of bronze. 19 All the utensils of the tabernacle for its service, its pegs, and the pegs of the court, will be of bronze. 20 “You will command the children of Israel to bring you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to cause the lamp to burn continually. 21 In the tabernacle of meeting, outside the veil which is before the Testimony, Aaron and his sons will tend it from evening until morning before JEHOVAH. It will be a statute forever to their generations on behalf of the children of Israel. God’s name: JEHOVAH – Self-existent, Eternal Elohiym – Mighty God Yeshuwa – Jesus God’s character: Lamp Mashiyach – Savior You have seen massive architectural cathedrals resplendent in beauty with a height you can see for miles. If you are close enough to see them in person, their beauty is astounding. Many people only see these wonders through media—television and Internet. JEHOVAH gave Moses the plans for the tabernacle. When completed it would be beautiful beyond imagination with the woven work of blue, purple, gold, and scarlet. It would comprise the Holy of Holies, the inner court, and the outer court with its vessels of worship. Here you see the tent curtains for the outside of the tabernacle. I included an image of the tabernacle. You can see it isn’t a small structure. This file is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license. Again, JEHOVAH instructed Moses to have the people bring pure olive oil for the lamps to keep them burning from night until morning. They were never to go out. You are a tent of worship and praise to JEHOVAH. The outer curtains are your outward appearance. Worship takes place inside your heart. When JEHOVAH lives in you, people will know you worship Elohiym with your whole being. When you accepted Yeshuwa as your Mashiyach and Lord, praise and worship filled your soul and people saw the change in your outward appearance. Yeshuwa is the burning Lamp that causes you to worship and praise Elohiym with your entire heart, soul, mind, and strength. Always keep your lamp burning. Never allow the flame of your salvation to go out, and you will know the wonder and joy of His fellowship with you. Not only will you know JEHOVAH’S presence in your life, but everyone around you will also see and hear His presence in your life. Is your lamp burning? Do people know Elohiym lives in you? Turn up the flame and let everyone around you know you worship and praise JEHOVAH. Let’s pray: Father, as long as I live, I want your lamp burning brightly in me. Help me keep my lamp burning for You. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. Copyright © 2 April 2024 by Valerie Routhieaux Image courtesy of Wikimedia Commons

Thank you for the bible study. The bible has a total of , 613 laws but I'm glad we are not under the law anymore because we do not get righteousness by obeying the law but only by believing in Jesus.

@just4him have a blessed day too. I appreciate your input. But Jesus gave us two laws to follow. Loving God and loving people. If you can do those two, you have abeyd the entire law.

@mildredtabitha Yes, you do. Because you aren't breaking any of the laws with criminal consequences. Thank you.
