Inspiration From Mark Twain

I read earlier that even Mark Twain once STRUGGLED as a writer. We who enjoy his various work today probably could never fathom him being anything less than successful. Knowing that even he struggled should give aspiring writers just the inspiration they need to press on in their endeavors. You may have a masterpiece in you that just hasn't found it's way out yet. Remember that often the hardest struggles bring the sweetest victories.

I think most successful people often struggle in whatever their craft is. The reason they become successful is because they continue on working at what it is that they do. I remember reading similar things about Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein.

It can be easy to be discouraged when we struggle (this is true of anyone really) , but giving up GUARANTEES failure. It's like the old saying "you miss 100% of the shots you never take". @Dena91

The hardest part is getting published. It can be very discouraging. Have a good day.
