Hey there, everyone. I know it's been a while, but I'm back, and I'm hoping to really stick to posting and interacting this month.
I've been doing well, but I've also had a few anxious days. I think the issue is caffeine, so I'm cutting back. I'm not stopping it for good, but I need to have it in moderation. My anxiety levels will thank me later.
I'm thinking of just starting over with notifications and all, so if anyone commented anything they needed an answer to on any of my previous posts, please let me know.
I don't really have much to say, and I want to make a few other posts in between my writing orders, so I'm going to wrap this up. I'll be back soon. If not tonight, then at some point this week. Stay safe and take care. :)

I have had big time problems with anxiety, also. It's not fun, as you already know. And I did the same thing, cut my caffeine intake down, quite a bit. Two cups of coffee in the morning and no more all day long. Where did you train to do online writing?

@kobesbuddy Thank you! My anxiety goes up and down, as always, but I'm doing well overall. Definitely better than a year ago. Yep, I drink coffee and soda (mostly Dr. Pepper), but I've stopped drinking them both on the same day, and I balance both out with water.

@tammys85 Thanks Tammy, I hope you are feeling a lot better:) I used to drink Pepsi or Coke, all day long. I developed diabetes and drank sugar free Pepsi or Coke. The acid did a number on my stomach, I had to stop drinking soda pop, all together.

If you feel that your anxiety disappears or almost disappears when you reduce caffeine then keep doing that

Glad to hear from you, My anxiety has flagged twice once when clocks were changed and when spring arrived, I think my body get used to peace and calm and then get shook up when something unusual happened, I hope you too stay safe and your anxiety lets up,

Are you doing better? And thank you. Now that I know what was triggering it this time around, I can make the changes I need to fix it. Ugh, I hate when you're all calm (or sleeping) and something startles/upsets you or jerks you awake or whatnot. Like it throws the balance of things off.

@tammys85 yes, things have calmed down but now my cat Tish has started to bounce off the walls running amok for some reason and when she does calm down she prefers staying in my closet on a cushion, I hope this manic period will pass quickly for her

Starting fresh is a good idea. Especially if you've been gone a while. Caffiine is good to modorate.

Welcome back!
I missed comments and responses despite constantly paying attention to notifications, so having someone remind us they've been waiting for a reply is always the safest option.

Right! It's easy to miss notifications, especially when you're doing things outside of the site (and offline in general). Some comments don't require a reply, but if someone asked me something that needs an answer, it'd be best if they told me. And thank you! :)
