The Power Ball Jackpot has risen to $1.23 billion!
Today I am going to get my mammogram done; and then we (my husband's 2nd cousin and I) are going to eat at Longhorn on my treat. Tomorrow hubby's godson/cousin is taking me to visit him. He's been gone for 9 weeks now. Way too long.
Anyone know what happened to LouAvul? I thought she might be on a cruise; but it's been quite a while.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Spaghetti and meatballs, mixed veggies, spinach, apricots
Dessert/Snack - Lemon muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

You’re not going to believe this, but….
It was cold so I stayed home yesterday! I had a can of beef stew and mixed it with a cup of rice, and had half for lunch and half for dinner. And apples!!!!!!!

@LindaOHio — I like to froze putting the food out for the squirrels, so I went back in the house, put on the kettle for tea, and said, “Stew time!”

Thank you for mentioning her, Yes, it has been awhile I hope all is all right, Hey, if you ever cook chicken thighs this is a great way, I have a grill that I place on top of anything I bake in the toaster oven so I can bake both meat and potatoes at the same time, I put two seasoned chicken thighs on the grill and on the baking pan I put tater tots, The juices from the chicken dripped down on the potatoes, The result was tasty chicken and golden brown tater tots crispy on the outside and tender on the inside,

Getting out and having lunch at the Longhorn sounds like fun. I'm sure it will be nice for your to be out of the house for awhile.
I hope LouAvul is okay. I thought she had a vacation planned but not exactly sure when. Maybe someone has heard from her.
