tonight s dinner

I´m about to read a bit. A rest is needed.

And rest my legs. I can´t do anything about the salad. It is too early for it. I only have the lettuce is cold water but the rest will have to wait. The rice is almost ready and the potatoes are boiled. I have to take out the trout from the fridge but it is too early. It is thawed and I´ll only use salt and butter to add some flavor to it. I think it would be a sin to add wine or any thing else. After a bit of reading I´ll return to my chores in the kitchen.

Rest up and I hope you and your brother have a great dinner. Whenever I made fresh fish I would put it in aluminum foil with some salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon then wrap up and bake,

I did not put pepper here. I placed pepper on the table but nobody wanted it. I use that method for other fish, but not for trout.
