Movie: The Big Short

The Big Short was released in December 2015 with a R rating and stars some big names like Christian Bale, Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt. It is based on a true story about the 2008 Financial crisis that brought forward the corruption in the system. There was those who saw it and bet on the crash and those that thought they were crazy for doing so. They did so to bring it to light and to profit. Too bad the government bailed the banks out. A lot of the movie went over my head as I am not a financial expert. It was an interesting movie and they do try to explain it to us that don’t really know the financial world will have an idea what is going on. I would give the film 3 out of 5 stars. It did keep me entertained but it was just a bit confusing to me at times. You can find it on Amazon, MGM plus and Hoopla as far a I know.
