Frozen dumplings

I really don't like frozen pre-cooked foods . But they are indeed very convenient. Whenever we want to eat, we just need to reheat it. This is a frozen dumpling steamed in the most "wild" way :) The taste is still great. Maybe I'll change my mind about frozen prepared foods.

I have a stainless steel steamer. But it is quite difficult to clean. So when I need to steam a small amount, I often use this method :)

I guess steaming frozen food is effective at preserving the taste more than other methods.
And yeah, creativity is probably the best tool out there.
