Ugh...

So frustrating. I took my phone to the office and called my phone service provider to activate the phone. I couldn't find half of the information that they asked for, because I left the box with all the information in it here at my apartment. Later the guy said he'd call back, but never did, so I called again. The lady I got told me that the phone wasn't from them, and told me to call this other number, which when I did, directed me right back to the phone provider. One of the ladies in the office, which I was sitting right outside of, came out and spoke to the person, saying she wanted a manager/supervisor. I don't know if she got it, but she finally got the information to make my phone work. Ugh. While the office gal was on the phone, she said something about how I shouldn't have to be on the phone 45 minutes to get my phone activated, though I am pretty sure it was longer than that. Finally, though, she got them to get my phone to work. UGH. Those weren't all of the details, but it was what it was. Now, I'm on hold with the IRS office trying to get a person to help me, because their website is not working. Such joy. I hope that you are all having a great morning/afternoon/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land!

I love that your office lady got involved! She’s like, poor Stacey should not have to deal with this!! I’m so glad though that your phone now works!
