They are planning to move

I became friendly with a couple of women last summer at the pool here in the complex. One of them is very much like me in terms of attitude, loving Jimmy Buffett, being a public worker, loving the beach, etc. Her wife is more nerdy and is into science fiction, video games, etc. but she is also a lot of fun. We had great times chatting in the pool. They even came over for dinner a couple of months ago and we laughed and laughed. I was hoping that we could do it again but they've been super busy.
Anyway one of them texted me the ohter day that they are going to start looking for a house next month. 
I mean I am happy for them but I will be sad to see them go because they are so much fun. It will be our last summer together at the pool.

Oh what a shame they'll be leaving.
Well you can always go see their new house too, that'll be fun.
Surely someone nice will move in and maybe join you at the pool.

That's a pity. Hopefully you will find some others at the pool to socialize with.
